Q       Do you design and program Flash websites?
A       I am not currently equipped to design and program Flash websites and do not recommend them for any small to medium sized businesses. Flash programming is timely and therefore expensive. Flash is also not compatible with some phone browsers so accessibility can be a problem. The good news is that some scripts can mimic certain Flash behaviors, so let's discuss your ideas!

Q       How soon can I see a prototype of a design?
A       In most cases and unless otherwise specified, I will have a prototype in about 72 hours (from receiving your signed contract and deposit) for viewing and critique. You are then able to communicate to me your opinions and suggestions for revisions.

Q       Will I get to see the final product before it's published?
A       Nothing gets published until you are satisifed and give me the green light. Also, know that all designs are cross-checked for functionality and compatibility in Firefox, IE and Safari on screen resolutions of 1024x768 or greater.

Q       Do you have montly maintenance packages?
A       Once your site has been published, you receive an additional 30 days of support and updates FREE from Campbell Darkroom. After the 30 day period you can purchase ongoing montly maintenance at a charge of $20 per updated page.
